Reddy Law Firm offers fee arrangements based upon the client’s need. All clients are required to sign an engagement letter before representation commences and all new clients are required to provide a retainer. The amount of the retainer depends upon the services provided.
The Firm’s policy is to bill by the hour for most services rendered at the agreed upon rate. The hourly rate charged by the Firm depends upon the complexity of the matter requiring legal services. On routine matters where the amount of time required can be accurately determined, the Firm offers flat fees. On rare occasion, the Firm may enter into a contingency fee arrangement.
The Firm provides clients with a monthly statement with payment being due upon receipt of the invoice. The invoice will list the work performed by each attorney and all disbursements incurred on the client’s behalf. Potential disbursements include delivery charges, copy costs, filing fees, travel expenses, postage, long distance tolls, computerized research expenses, publication costs, and other related costs incurred in the performance of the representation.
